Abstract
|
|
|
The authors reported a case of Tolosa-Hunt syndrome in 52 :years old famale patient.
The characteristics were as follows;
1. A throbbing steady pain appeared behind the left side eye, that is often described as "gnawing" or "boring".
2. The ophthalmoplegia was manifested by 6 cranial nerve palsy.
3. Carotid angiographic findings was irregular narrowing on left side carotid artery in cavernous sinus.
4. This case was sensitive to steroid therapy.
